A: Depending on the complexity of your request and my current workload, commissions can take anywhere from a few days to up to three weeks. I’ll always do my best to give you an estimated time frame once I review your request.

A: While I strive to accommodate a wide range of creative ideas, I reserve the right to decline any commission that I find too uncomfortable or outside my creative boundaries. Thank you for understanding.

Q: Do you accept rush orders?
A: This depends on availability and the complexity of your request. If you're working with a deadline, please mention it when you reach out, and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate it.

Q: How do I get started with a commission?
A: You can start by filling out the commission form on the shop page with as much detail as possible. Feel free to include reference links if it helps explain your vision.

Q: What kind of artwork do you specialize in?
A: I focus on cartoony and whimsical pictures with vibrant colors. What you see on this page is what you get.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: All commission sales are final, as each piece is custom-made. Please refer to the Refund Policy on this page for further details.

Shipping Time

Orders typically ship within 2-7 business days. We work hard to get your items out as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on order volume.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way!

Do you offer international shipping? 

Shipping Update: U.S. Only (For Now!)

At the moment, we’re only able to offer shipping within the United States. As a small business just getting started, we’re working hard to keep things simple and manageable while we grow.

We absolutely hope to offer international shipping in the future—it’s definitely on our radar!

No Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Why No Returns?

Our stickers are custom-designed and made-to-order, which means:

  • We cannot restock returned items.

  • Handling returns could compromise the quality and hygiene of the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll be happy to replace any items that were sent in error or damaged during shipping.

Refund Policy for Art Commissions

All art commissions past the sketching stage are final and non-refundable. By commissioning my artwork, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Custom Work: Each piece is a personalized, made-to-order creation. Due to the time, effort, and creative process involved, refunds will not be issued once work has begun.

  2. Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to provide clear, accurate, and complete details for the commission. Changes or revisions after the coloring process may incur additional fees.

  3. Artistic Integrity: I maintain the right to uphold the quality and integrity of my work. While I strive for client satisfaction, I reserve the right to refuse requests for major alterations once the final artwork has been delivered.

  4. Cancellations: If a client wishes to cancel before work begins, a refund will be issued. Once work has started, no refunds will be available.

  5. Digital Delivery: All commissions are delivered digitally via e-mail, discord or through a dropbox link. Once files are sent, no refund or chargeback will be accepted.
